As part of our improvement plan for 2023-24 we worked with parents/carers, pupils, staff and partners to define our school vision, values and aims.
We gathered:
views of pupils, parents/carers and staff via surveys
views through pupil discussion and class based tasks
views of parents/carers and partners with post-it posters at a number of different events, including: parents’ evening, partner’s appreciation lunch and a community coffee morning
views of staff at a staff training event
Thank you for all of your valuable input! We learned so much about our school and our learning community.
